When I was little my Dad played the Stones on car trips to my grandparents. Then my Mom made me use my Sam Goody gift certificate to buy a Simon and Garfunkel CD. And now I have a preference for music that walks the razor’s edge between folk and rock with a little bit of experimental/pop thrown in for good measure.
