Work it out No. 2

This playlist is what I listen to when I’m more interested in zoning out while running. I fully recognize that these may seem like really strange songs to play but when I’m running I prefer to lose miles than remember each step.

The first portion of this playlist is the Riceboy Sleeps album. I find that this album is great to play whenever I want to zone out or relax; one song fades into the next and they are very repetitive so it’s easy to get lost in the album. The other songs are ones that I am very familiar with and therefore don’t need to pay a ton of attention to. Similarly, some of the songs, especially Shore to Shore and Another New World have very vivid and specific memories attached to them so I often find myself zoning out and focusing on those memories rather than the run.
