I have two pretty specific playlists that I rely on when I work out. This is the first one. I would consider this playlist to be more like what most people would listen to when they work out in that it’s mostly more current and popular music. When I’m in the mood for motivating music I listen to stuff with a super heavy beat and often a lot of repetition.
Although I know that it’s pretty crazy, I will often listen to these five songs on repeat when I work out. I have some strange tolerance for listening to a single song on repeat which will seem even more odd when you see the other playlists I play when I work out.
